Responsibilities
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
- Managing relationships with Hiring Managers as an internal service provider.
- Managing a full talent acquisition portfolio.
- Conducting full and detailed position briefings from Hiring Managers.
- Sourcing CV\'s and presenting pre-qualified short-lists to Hiring Managers with minimum KPI direct sourcing rate.
- Pre-closing candidates on salary expectations within FM and salary band parity boundaries with minimum KPI offer acceptance rate.
- Arranging interviews - International face 2 face, video conferencing and telephone interviews.
- Introducing successful candidates to HR/mobilisation.
- Database Management \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring the database and ATS (iCIMs) is up to date and is being utilised effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Marketing KEO as an employer of choice to potential candidates.
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 1 to 2 years career experience with a Bachelor level qualification.
- We welcome interest from either Agency or Internal professionals and engineering and / or construction experience will be highly regarded.
