About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and insightful Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our growing HR team in Abu Dhabi. In this pivotal role, you will transform recruitment data into actionable intelligence, empowering our Talent Acquisition team to make smarter, faster, and more strategic hiring decisions. You will be the backbone of our recruitment analytics, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze key TA metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, applicant demographics).
  • Create and automate dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to track recruitment performance for stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities in the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Use data insights to recommend and help implement improvements in recruitment strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Audit and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the evaluation and integration of new recruitment technologies.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Provide data-backed insights for workforce planning and talent pipelining.
  • Analyze market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in the Abu Dhabi/GCC region.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for HR and business leadership on recruitment trends and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand their data needs.
  • Translate business questions into analytical projects and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR analytics, talent acquisition analytics, or similar data-driven role.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Greenhouse.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and tell a story.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
