Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire Tadbeer center operations
Ensure full compliance with MOHRE and Tadbeer regulations
Lead and supervise staff across all departments (HR, Sales, Admin, Customer Service)
Monitor performance, quality standards, and workflow efficiency
Manage domestic worker recruitment, deployment, replacement, and after-sales procedures
Coordinate with overseas agencies and partners for worker sourcing
Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations professionally
Review financial reports, daily sales, and monthly performance targets
Ensure documentation, contracts, and service packages follow Tadbeer standards
Train staff on updated policies, pricing, and service guidelines
Develop business strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience
in Manpower Recruitment or Tadbeer service operations
Masters or Bachelor's in Business Administration
or Equivalent professional qualification
Strong knowledge of MOHRE laws and Tadbeer service processes
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting
Immediate joiner preferred
