What You'll Do
Lead front-office and operations teams; set rosters and daily priorities.
Oversee the full client journey: inquiry ? shortlisting ? paperwork ? scheduling ? handover ? after-care.
Maintain accurate files and checklists; ensure all cases meet internal compliance standards.
Track SLAs/KPIs in a CRM; produce weekly performance reports and action plans.
Coach the team on service quality, communication, and issue resolution.
Monitor payments/reconciliations with strict cash-control procedures.
What You'll Bring
3+ years
in operations or service-center management with team-lead responsibility.
