We are seeking a skilled System and Network Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, lead technical projects, and provide support and guidance to junior staff. This role requires expertise in IT systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT issues in networking, servers, cloud environments, and applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Act as a technical escalation point and mentor for junior staff.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates, backups, and security audits.
- Document technical processes and train staff as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified (MS102, AZ900, MS900), CCNA, or similar.
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including cloud platforms, virtualization, and security protocols.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- GCC experience (1-3 years), valid driving license, and a personal vehicle are required.
