Lead all system implementations across departments.
Select and evaluate CRM, HRM, and ticketing platforms.
Manage hardware devices and ensure seamless integration with software.
Oversee system architecture, performance, updates, and security.
Business Analysis
Analyze departmental needs and convert them into clear requirements.
Write functional and technical requirement documents.
Build flowcharts, workflows, and SOPs for all digital processes.
Improve operational efficiency through automation and digital tools.
Project Management
Act as project owner for all software and system projects.
Communicate with software vendors, negotiate timelines, and monitor progress.
Manage system rollouts, testing, and UAT phases.
Ensure smooth go-live launches and post-launch support.
Integrations & Digital Operations
Develop and manage API integrations between systems.
