A leading diversified investment and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced
Finance Operations Lead
to lead financial operations and optimize ERP-driven processes across its business units. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and seamless system integration between Finance, Procurement, and Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, with at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance management and ERP systems. A deep understanding of accounting standards, budgeting, cost control, and process improvement is essential, along with proven expertise in ERP configuration, implementation, and user training preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The position requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, and offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence and digital transformation within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED25,000.00 per month
