This opportunity is for a leading Energy & Gas giant in the UAE. We are hiring Systems Analysts to be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will analyze complex processes and systems to define clear, actionable technical specifications for our digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and needs. Analyze existing systems and workflows ("As-Is") and design improved future state ("To-Be") processes. Create detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical solutions meet the defined business requirements. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating system functionality against requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed system changes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and business rules.

Requirements

Experience:

3-6 Years. Proven experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or product ownership. Strong proficiency in modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and notations (BPMN, UML). Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations. Experience working with software development lifecycles (SDLC), both Agile and Waterfall.

Bonus

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification. Experience with ERP or industrial control systems in the energy sector. Knowledge of data modeling and SQL.
