Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring a Sanctions Systems Analyst - Abu Dhabi, UAE to serve as the bridge between technical and functional teams, ensuring accurate implementation, testing, and monitoring of sanctions systems. The role involves conducting effectiveness reviews, planning UAT, and building reporting dashboards to support compliance operations and system optimization.

What You'll Do

• Act as liaison between technical and functional teams for sanctions system changes
• Conduct effectiveness reviews, scenario testing, and filter assessments
• Maintain detailed change logs for all system updates and enhancements
• Develop sanctions-related metrics and dashboards for compliance reporting
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates
• Monitor post-deployment performance and recommend tuning adjustments
• Support ongoing improvement of sanctions systems to meet regulatory expectations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in sanctions systems, compliance, or data analytics
• Technical skills: Python/R, SQL, SAS, Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of data governance and data warehousing principles desirable
• Experience with sanctions system or filter testing/assessments advantageous
• Understanding of payment systems and operations preferred
• Hands-on experience with Eastnets Safewatch, including rule configuration, list management, and tuning, is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
