Summary

In this role, you will provide technical assistance, support, Maintenance to related of the computer

system, software and hardware, environment by analysing requirements, resolving problems,

installing hardware and software solutions and supporting the internal IT System Administrator. You will be responsible for administration and internal support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1.IT Infrastructure Experience

(Data Center, IIS, Web servers, Clustering, LB, SAN storage, NAS storage, Blade Server's, Rack

servers, Backups, Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Office 365 E5, Azure Cloud

services, Google Cloud, Knowledge about Azure DevOps, IT product evaluation, Team

Management)

2.Best practice guideline all manners with Help Security Admin in developing system level

policies, procedures best practice and hardening of servers

3.ITIL and MOF framework well knowledge, Document and follow internal procedures.

4.Cloud services experience with Microsoft azure cloud, Google cloud.

5.Well, know about Antivirus End point.

6.Report needs to submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity

7.Maintain inventory of all datacentre equipment and cloud, software and licenses All

applications licenses and hardware's, warranty need to renewal before expiring in advance

8.Need support for purchasing hardware's and software's for preparing RFP technical

specification

9.Need support for evaluation any IT project

10.Whenever require as per emergency to late stay in office for assign task or pending work need

to complete even holiday.

11.All down time need to plan according to approval and change management process.



12.Well troubleshooter events viewer error, hardware error and audit trailer Ensure "High

Availability" and system uptime 24X7.

13.Support all business servers Back-end and front-end servers in a cluster/LB environment.

14.Take part in integration scenarios.

15.Audit automated day-today backup operations, test backup efficiency and perform manual

backup/restore as required.

16.Support Line-of-business (LOB) Application

17.Evaluate, Test, and deploy Infrastructure component's hot fixes, services pack, and upgrade,

Perform timely workstation, servers, hardware network devices.

18. Patching Server based on the company policy.

Education & Qualification.

1. Educational certification bachelor's degree

2. System Expert Number of years' experience 12 to 15 years.

3. Candidates need to be Azure architecture, Azure Administrator, EMC Storage, Azure DevOps,

4. Vulnerability Assessment, CCNA, CEH.
