About The Job
Solve IT support requests from employees. Clear employee queries regarding the computer systems. Collect and analyze data to diagnose computer related issues. Implement changes regarding configurations and settings in regards to solve computer issues. Generate sign-ins for new recruits in the onboarding process. Installing new software and hardware drivers and update the existing ones. To inform regarding the service requests updates to the personnel. Logging of the request regarding services and update the tickets as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Education:
