About the Role
TeamFicient is seeking an experienced and client-focused
System Analyst and IT Support
professional to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the
technical bridge
between our

and our
valued clients
. You will be responsible for conducting
comprehensive system demonstrations

facilitating seamless client onboarding processes
, and providing
exceptional IT support
to ensure an optimal user experience and software adoption.

prepared to travel to Dubai, UAE
, on a regular basis to deliver in-person training, support, and system implementation services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
detailed system demonstrations
and
presentations
to prospective and existing
clients
, clearly articulating software features, benefits, and capabilities.
Lead comprehensive
client onboarding processes
, ensuring
smooth implementation and adoption of software solutions.
Develop and deliver
customized training programs
tailored to
client needs
and
technical proficiency levels.
Provide
expert-level IT support to clients
,
troubleshooting
technical issues and
resolving system-related challenges
promptly.
Serve as the
primary technical liaison
between
clients
and
internal development teams.
Document
client requirements
,
feedback
, and
technical specifications
to support continuous product improvement.
Create and maintain
user documentation
,
training materials
, and
knowledge base articles.
Travel to Dubai, UAE,
as required to provide
on-site support
,
training
, and
implementation services.
Collaborate with
sales and marketing teams
to support
client acquisition
and
retention initiatives.
Monitor
system performance
and proactively
identify opportunities
for optimization and enhancement.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of
5 years of professional experience
in
system analysis, IT support, or related technical role
Proven track record
in
client-facing technical roles
, including s
oftware demonstrations and user training
Strong understanding of
software implementation processes
and
client onboarding methodologies
Excellent
technical troubleshooting
and
problem-solving abilities
Outstanding
verbal and written communication skills
with the ability to explain
complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated
ability to work independently
and
manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally to Dubai, UAE, on a regular basis
Professional demeanor with
strong interpersonal
and
relationship-building skills
Proficiency in
creating training documentation and user guides
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with
CRM, ERP, or enterprise software solutions
Previous experience
working with clients
in the Middle East region
Familiarity with
remote support tools
and
helpdesk systems
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, or vendor-specific certifications) are a
plus.
Multilingual capabilities, particularly
English and Arabic
language skills
