Position Overview
The IT Support Engineer - Dicetek Dubai will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Windows 11 across the organization as part of a migration from Windows 10. The role involves troubleshooting, user support, system optimization, and ensuring minimal disruption during the transition.

Core Duties

• Lead deployment and rollout of Windows 11 across desktops and laptops
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 environments
• Support migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 while ensuring data integrity and system readiness
• Configure, maintain, and optimize user devices and associated applications
• Document system configurations and create user training guides to support adoption
• Collaborate with IT teams to enforce compliance with IT security policies and standards
• Provide timely end-user support and incident resolution to minimize downtime

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support with direct involvement in Windows 11 migration projects
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools
• Good communication and customer service skills to support end users
• Strong problem-solving ability with capability to work independently and in teams
