Job Description
Responsibilities:
System maintenance:
Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and operating systems.Performance monitoring:
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to prevent disruptions.Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical problems for both hardware and software issues.Security:
Implement security measures, perform regular security tests, and manage user access and permissions to protect data and the network.User support:
Provide technical assistance and support to employees.Data management:
Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.Skills and Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of operating systems and hardware. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in networking concepts. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is increasingly important. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
