Hamilton Aquatics is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our professional team in Dubai, UAE. As a Swimming Teacher at Hamilton Aquatics, you'll have the opportunity to guide swimmers of all ages and abilities through the joys of swimming. You'll create engaging lesson plans, use innovative teaching techniques, and prioritise safety to help every swimmer feel confident and capable in the water.
Key Responsibilities
Lesson Delivery and Planning

• Deliver high?quality swimming lessons in line with Hamilton Aquatics' teaching philosophy.
• Adapt lessons to meet different ages and abilities, ensuring consistent learner progress.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

Swimmer Progress and Development

• Track swimmer progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Promote continued development through Hamilton Aquatics' broader swimming programmes.

Health and Safety

• Ensure full compliance with child protection, safeguarding, and pool safety procedures.
• Maintain high professional standards and adherence to facility regulations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years' swimming teaching experience.
• Exceptional communication skills (face?to?face, phone, and email).
• Experience working within a curriculum?based environment.
• Valid driving licence (subject to UAE licence conversion).

Desirable but not essential:

• Up?to?date lifeguard qualification
• Experience teaching adult & child programmes
• Experience within a club setting
