We are seeking a professional and friendly Swimming Coach & Martial Arts Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Swimming Coach:
Develop and implement comprehensive swim training programs for the kids
Instruct students on proper swimming techniques, safety protocols, and competitive strategies.
Monitor and assess swimmers' progress, providing constructive feedback.
Organize and oversee swim meets and related events.
Martial Arts Coach:
Conduct martial arts classes, teaching techniques appropriate to the discipline (e.g., Karate, Taekwondo).
Prepare students for belt examinations and competitions.
Instill values of discipline, respect, and perseverance.
Maintain a safe and motivating training environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience in the respective field.
Relevant certifications or black belt (for Martial Arts Coach).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
