MMA Coach

to join our team--someone who can inspire members, deliver exceptional training, and support daily operations while contributing to the academy's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Martial Arts Coaching

Develop and deliver structured MMA training sessions for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners Conduct group classes for both kids and adults Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback to enhance technique, performance, and overall fitness Prepare athletes for competitions while ensuring safety and performance standards are met Stay up to date with MMA techniques, trends, and best practices Teach a variety of martial arts disciplines, tailored to different skill levels

Administrative Duties

Manage member registrations, inquiries, and payments Track and maintain attendance records for classes and sessions Deliver exceptional customer service to members and visitors Support day-to-day operational requirements as needed

Qualifications

Experience:

Proven MMA coaching experience with a strong background in combat sports such as Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, or Kickboxing Prior administrative or front-desk experience is an advantage

Certifications:

Relevant coaching certifications or recognized martial arts belts are highly desirable CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and scheduling systems Availability for

flexible shifts
