Job Title: Swim Coach
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Summary:
We're seeking a qualified and passionate Swim Coach to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting swimming programs for various age groups and skill levels while ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. Qualifications and Skills:

  • ADQCC Certificate Mandatory
  • Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (BLS preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Swim Coach or Lifeguard Trainer
  • Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety protocols, and rescue procedures
  • Excellent communication, observation, and instructional skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Physically fit and capable of demonstrating proper techniques
  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver structured swimming lessons for individuals and groups
  • Ensure all participants follow safety rules and pool regulations
  • Assess swimmers' progress and adjust training plans accordingly
  • Supervise activities to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies
  • Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
  • Promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all participants
