SWF Transformation Lead
Role Summary:
Owns the change management and strategic alignment of the AI/ML initiative with the SWF's digital transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as executive liaison between technical teams and SWF leadership Drive alignment on governance, operating models, and transformation KPIs Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory, audit, and compliance alignment
Qualifications:
15+ years in financial transformation roles, preferably in SWFs or central banks Deep understanding of investment workflows and sovereign finance Strong leadership and stakeholder management
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Expected Start Date: 14/07/2025
