As the AI Transformation Lead, you will sit at the intersection of AI, operations, and business strategy. Your role will be to identify, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions across departmentsxe2x80x94including sales, finance, HR, marketing, product design, and customer service.
Youll act as the bridge between technical capability and commercial need, working closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency, automation, decision-making, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a company-wide AI strategy aligned with NLights business goals.
- Pilot, test, and roll out AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Support, and Product Design.
- Work with tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, Salesforce, Copilot, and others.
- Train internal teams and ensure high adoption and understanding of new tools.
- Review data processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend AI-enabled improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships for AI tools and implementations.
- Ensure all AI applications meet data compliance, security, and ethical use standards.
- Report regularly to executive leadership on outcomes, timelines, and next steps.
- Be at the forefront of AI deployment in a scaling international business.
- Autonomy to drive change, test ideas, and shape long-term transformation.
- Flexible remote working with travel to UK/EU during onboarding, and eventual UAE office base.
