Job Description

The Sweet & Chocolate Arranger is responsible for arranging, decorating, and presenting chocolates and sweets in an attractive and appealing manner for retail display, gift boxes, and customer orders. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and adherence to hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Arrange chocolates, sweets, and confectionery items for display, gift boxes, and special orders Create visually appealing presentations based on company standards and customer requirements Assist in chocolate and sweet wrapping, labeling, and packaging Ensure proper handling of chocolates to maintain quality and avoid damage Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area at all times Check product quality, expiry dates, and presentation before display or dispatch Coordinate with sales staff and supervisors for daily orders and custom requests Follow food safety and hygiene regulations Support inventory handling by reporting damaged or low-stock items

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience in chocolate/sweet arranging, gift wrapping, or retail presentation is preferred Good eye for detail and creativity in presentation Ability to work neatly, quickly, and efficiently Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons
