Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Chocolate Arranger

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, arranging, and presenting chocolate assortments for events, retail displays, gift boxes, and promotional setups. This role requires an artistic flair, precision, and a passion for chocolate presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and assemble visually appealing chocolate arrangements for gift boxes, hampers, and displays. Work with various chocolate types (truffles, bars, bonbons) and packaging materials (ribbons, boxes, trays, decorative items). Customize arrangements based on themes (e.g., holidays, weddings, corporate branding). Maintain quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Coordinate with production and packaging teams to fulfill bulk or event-specific orders. Assist in store display setups and promotional event installations. Keep up with seasonal trends in gourmet and luxury chocolate presentation. Ensure all arrangements are handled and stored appropriately to preserve quality.

Requirements:

Experience in chocolate arrangement, gift packaging, event decoration, or a similar creative role. Strong attention to detail and artistic skills. Ability to follow design themes and brand guidelines. Good time management and organizational abilities. Basic knowledge of chocolate types and handling preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in culinary arts, hospitality, event styling, or visual merchandising. Portfolio of previous arrangement or design work is a plus. Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures.
