Job Title: Experienced Chocolate Arranger

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chocolate Arranger with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in chocolate arrangement, food styling, or premium gift packaging. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering visually stunning chocolate presentations that reflect our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally arrange chocolates in boxes, trays, hampers, and displays for retail, gifting, and special events.

Work with premium packaging materials to create luxurious and elegant arrangements.

Maintain consistency and accuracy in design, layout, and packaging across all products.

Collaborate with the production, design, and event teams to fulfill custom and bulk orders.

Ensure all arrangements meet food safety standards and brand aesthetics.

Train or supervise junior arrangers or packaging staff when needed.

Manage inventory of packaging materials, ribbons, inserts, and decorative accessories.

Assist in the setup of visual merchandising displays and event presentations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in chocolate arrangement, confectionery packaging, or food styling.

Proven ability to create high-end, visually appealing product arrangements.

Strong understanding of luxury packaging techniques and attention to detail.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.

Creativity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

Background in visual merchandising, culinary presentation, or luxury gift packaging.

Familiarity with seasonal trends and occasion-based designs (e.g., weddings, holidays, corporate gifts).

Artistic or design skills are a plus.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, hands-on creative environment.

Standing for long periods, handling delicate chocolates and small decorative items.

May include weekend or holiday shifts during peak seasons.
