Following the success of Expo 2020 Dubai, Jacobs joint venture\xe2\x80\x99s Programme Management Consultant role has been extended to cover the Expo City legacy transition and legacy.

In its role as Expo City\xe2\x80\x99s real estate delivery partners on this project, Jacobs Joint Venture is providing full-service consultancy including scheduling, project controls, cost and commercial management, design and delivery management, handover and contract close out within it.
Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s World Expo was the first time the World\xe2\x80\x99s Fair is hosted in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region attracting 25million visitors. Expo City will build on this success to create a hub for business, leisure, entertainment and living.

As a Sustainability Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible not only for the overall delivery of sustainability projects, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program sustainability objectives. You will manage and provide design and construction oversight and resolve complex design and construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements. You will be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

As a successful candidate you will be degree qualified in either an Architectural, Engineering, Environmental or Sustainability related discipline and come with at least 8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sustainable design and construction.

You will have experience in engaging with external stakeholders to collaborate on sustainability, have a broad understanding of sustainability with in-depth knowledge of at least one sustainability related discipline (green building design, energy, water, waste, carbon management, etc.), and have effective client management skills.

You will come with strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology and will ideally have accreditation in Green Star, ISCA, LEED, BREEAM, NABERS and/or WELL.
