Shall lead, coordinate, and facilitate the Integrated Development Process and associated submittal deliveries.
Shall be responsible for preparing and compiling design presentation and design reports.
Shall be responsible to prepare, coordinate and lead the preparation of all Regenerative Development studies and models required for the Design.
Shall be responsible for proactively liaising with Statutory Authorities for submission requirements and approvals as per relevant international sustainability standards
Shall be responsible for implementation and compliance of the Regenerative Development Management System, including the submission to the EMPLOYER for all approval and compliance documentation.
Shall be able to receive feedback on the Design and Construction from the EMPLOYER and guide the Design and Construction Team with all necessary actions to comply with the EMPLOYER’s feedback and authority regulations and guidelines.
PROFILE :
A formal 3rd level (university / college) qualification in Sustainable Design and/or Sustainable Development; and/or architectural engineering with a sustainability specialty.
A minimum of 10+ years’ relevant work history in the design and construction industry in the Middle East region or relevant sustainable developments mixed use, residential, commercial, infrastructure and utilities projects
Demonstrated experience in the sustainable design of projects of similar size and nature to the Project.
Must be a LEED accredited Professional (AP) for at least 5 years with proven track record working on LEED projects in the Middle East.
Good knowledge of international sustainable design principles (LEED, Al Safat, Estidama, Mostadam, GSAS)
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, InDesign and digital presentation tools
