Job Description
Sustainability Consultant: Sustainability consultants provide a full range of assessment, guidance and certification services to support industrial construction projects at all stages of the project lifecycle. The main Responsibilities are: Ensure pre-construction and post-construction environmental assessments tailored to new build and fit-out projects for industrial, commercial and public sector buildings implement international standards. Help the Group to benefit from reduced environmental impact of buildings, improved building functionality and flexibility, reduced adverse health impact and reduced building running costs. Help conceptualize, coordinate, and oversee sustainability practices by suggesting /creating sustainable solutions Implement Technology to improve design and construction practices, gather data to monitor energy, water and other important elements to positively impact the construction projects Involve and interact with different stakeholders (Developers, owners, architects, and engineers) to optimize buildings/projects Required Qualifications
- Have in depth Knowledge of and can apply building science and energy-efficient principles.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
- 6 years (at least) of related experience in sustainability, energy, climate change, and/or management consulting.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
