Responsible for inspecting buildings, identifying defects, ensuring compliance with construction standards, and preparing reports and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building inspections and surveys.
Identify structural issues, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients.
Monitor work progress and quality on site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum2 years of experience in building surveying or construction in UAE.
Good knowledge of building standards and construction methods.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
