The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise land and structural measurements to support construction activities. The role involves setting out, leveling, and surveying construction sites using modern instruments and ensuring accuracy in all surveying tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform land and building surveys using
Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite
Set out works in accordance with construction drawings and specifications
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations
Interpret and review construction drawings and design layouts
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
Collaborate with engineers, foremen, and site supervisors to ensure accurate execution
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
within the
building construction sector
Proficient in using survey devices:
Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, Theodolite
Strong understanding of building layout, setting out, and leveling procedures
Experience with software
such as:
AutoCAD (mandatory)
Civil 3D or Land Desktop (preferred)
MS Excel for reporting
Knowledge of local municipality regulations and standards
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
