**What you'll do:**

The role main responsibility is to provide information to customers, distributors & internal teams in order to help to transform opportunities into Sales orders.

**The Key Responsibilities:**

+ Guide clients towards technical solutions developed at ITD: assist in establishing ITD product references, transmit client drawings and 3D models, clarify our product performances.

+ Respond to client inquiries about our products: status in the product lifecycle, REACH, IMDS, ROHS, etc.

+ When level of experience in this position is demonstrated:

+ Prepare and lead Product presentations and trainings for Customers or internal audience,

+ Participate to Continuous improvment (for process & tools) and/or adapt our service to market evolutions (ex: Reach, IMDS...)

**Qualifications:**

+ Technician' degree (Mechanical/Electrical or similar field)

+ Experience in a similar position

**Skills:**

+ Communication Skills, Customer-Oriented, Adaptability, & Problem-Solving Ability

+ Good command of verbal and written English & French
