Position Summary

We are seeking a

Support Engineer - Dubai

to assist with

equipment maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and training support

. This role plays a key part in ensuring

repair quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards

, while providing hands-on technical support to the workshop and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

Assist technicians with equipment maintenance and repairs Conduct inspections and QA/QC checks under supervision Provide technical input for damaged equipment quotations Assist with troubleshooting escalated equipment faults Prepare CAD or technical drawings as required

Training Support

Support supervisors in delivering operator and technician training programs

Administrative Support

Track spare parts usage and maintenance activities Maintain accurate service, inspection, and repair reports Assist with supplier communications for technical requirements

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical, or a related discipline 0-2 years of experience in technical or maintenance roles (preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of equipment maintenance, inspections, and technical workflows Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage
