Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in P a k i s t a n who will act as the primary technical contact for our distributors. This role blends technical support, complaint evaluation, project validation, and lead generation. You will work closely with the Maplejet regional team to provide on-ground technical assistance, evaluate customer complaints, support project roll outs, and explore new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
? Provide on-site and remote technical support for Maplejet TIJ and DOD printers.
? Lead complaint evaluations and technical feedback reports from distributors and end-users.
? Validate new projects in collaboration with distributors, ensuring successful integration and commissioning.
? Support distributor training programs and knowledge sharing on Maplejet systems.
? Assist with PLC integration and basic automation setups as part of printer deployment.
? Identify potential new leads or sales channels and recommend new distributors if applicable.
? Maintain a regular communication channel with the regional technical team at Maplejet HQ. Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
? 3+ years of experience working with industrial inkjet printers, preferably TIJ and DOD.
? Strong understanding of PLC systems, industrial automation, and control panels.
? Experience in technical field service, preferably in packaging or printing industries.
? Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu. Nice to Have
? Familiarity with Maplejet printers or similar brands.
? Prior experience working with distributor networks.
? Background in lead generation or business development is a plus. What We Offer
