We are looking for a

Support Consultant

to join our Middle East team in Dubai.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the UAE and GCC region, ensuring high-quality support, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Provide first-line support to customers on the Corporater GPRC platform Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure seamless resolution Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive support

What We're Looking For

2-3 years' experience in software/application support or consulting Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field Strong troubleshooting skills; familiarity with SQL, web apps, or integrations is a plus Excellent communication skills in

English and Arabic

Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to grow
