Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain and Procurement (SCM) Functional Consultant to lead business analysis, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM applications. The role covers Procurement, Warehouse and Inventory Management, Contracts, Maintenance, and Property Management, with responsibility for designing functional solutions, delivering system enhancements, and managing integrations between Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have strong SCM process knowledge, hands-on Oracle implementation experience, and expertise in master data management and integration governance.

What You'll Do

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for SCM and Procurement processes.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules and enhancements.
  • Work with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM and Procurement modules; third-party sourcing and maintenance system experience is a plus.
  • Design and deliver custom solutions to streamline SCM operations and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.
  • Address production issues, manage patching and testing, and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with Oracle support and technical teams to resolve configuration and data issues.
  • Perform UAT, SIT, and integration testing for SCM environments.
  • Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and related reporting tools.
  • Maintain accurate SCM master data in Oracle EBS and Fusion, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
  • Support data cleansing, migration, and coexistence during system upgrades.
  • Lead integration projects between SCM modules and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and synchronization.
  • Govern integration standards, maintain documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM and Procurement implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, and SCM reporting tools.
  • Working experience with third-party applications such as Maximo, Tririga, or SAP is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Oracle FDI/FAW is a plus.
  • Skilled in data governance, master data management, and process improvement.
  • Experience in automation testing tools is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
