Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant to lead business analysis, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The role involves implementing functional solutions across HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management, managing integrations, maintaining data integrity, and supporting transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle E-Business Suite, strong knowledge of reporting tools, and a track record in delivering large-scale HCM projects.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and document business requirements across HCM modules.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM applications and enhancements.
• Design and deliver functional solutions to optimize HR, payroll, recruitment, and performance processes.
• Collaborate with Oracle support and technical teams to resolve configuration and data-related issues.
• Manage testing activities including UAT, SIT, and integration testing.
• Conduct user training and support change management.
• Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI templates.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of HCM master data in both EBS and Fusion environments.
• Support data cleansing, migration, and coexistence between systems.
• Lead integration design between HCM modules and other enterprise systems.
• Maintain integration documentation, ensure data synchronization, and govern integration best practices.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in Oracle implementation projects with focus on HCM.
• Strong knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL, and FBDI templates.
• Relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification preferred.
• Experience in automation testing tools and hybrid integration environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle FDI/FAW is an advantage.
• Skilled in data governance, cleansing, migration, and master data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
