To ensure the efficient and effective management of the supply chain, including planning, procurement, production and distribution to meet customer demands and organizational goals by optimizing processes and improving overall supply chain performance.
Responsible for developing the "Demand & Supply Plan" for the tactical horizon (3/4 to 24-36 months) ensuring the adequate balancing between supply and demand in line with the expected service level and inventory at the next point of the supply chain for the ESO TP/Region.
As a Supply Operations Manager; responsible for detailed planning, scheduling and order management to assure agreed delivery performance management to CPOs under area of responsibility. Develop and manage the relationship with external suppliers for all operational and supply related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning
Establish one common Demand Plan for the entire product portfolio in collaboration with the relevant functions in the Platform and Global Supply Chain for the tactical horizon from 3/4 to 24-36 months.
Order Fulfillment
Managing order fulfillment tasks for a defined number of products manufactured at external suppliers.
Supply Planning & Monitoring
Support and collaborate with SRTs SCM to establish optimal Supply Plan and monitor deviations versus budget for the tactical horizon from 3/4 to 24-36 months including:
+ a) Supply volumes/based on demand
+ b) Operational cost, supply performance and Inventory projection at platform/region and at external suppliers (toll manufacturing, de-coupling points).
Capacity & Resource Overview
Support SRTs to get accurate overview of capacity and resources for the assigned External Suppliers to highlight early warning signals in terms of unbalanced supply vs demand (i.e Supplier S&Op).
S&OP Management
Facilitating alignment at the site level in case of divergent proposals concerning the use of the site's capacities in the medium and long term.
Write-Off Process
Responsible for driving the execution of write-off process in collaboration with ESO key players.
Process Optimization
Optimize key supply chain processes according to the NOSSCE standards for the assigned ESO (i.e. Demand Control and Demand Review, Supply Review, IBP, transportation/material flow...) and relevant parameters (i.e. lead times, MOQ, product segmentation, order frequencies...) to increase the processes effectiveness and compliance to the defined standards.
Master Data Management
Maintain adequate master data parameters like MOQ, lead time, order frequency and share net requirement in each month.
Governance
Updating governance data for Open Order Book, Supply Review, Monthly review and NOSSCE KPIs.
Deployment & Analysis
Support the ESO SCM for effective deployment of supply chain processes including innovative planning models and generates analysis to support improvement of the planning and execution reliability for the ESO.
Performance & Inventory Targets
Promote, monitor and eventually lead actions plans to achieve supply, customer services level (i.e. SDP, stock outs) and inventory targets.
Supply Performance Governance
Support the ESO SCM for executing the defined Supply Performance governance process at ESO, analyzing the supply KPI reporting, highlighting gaps vs targets and defining and tracking gaps mitigation actions in collaboration with SRTs.
Bottleneck Management
Collaborate with external Supplier and Global SC for bottleneck management to avoid or minimize stock out risks for markets and patients creating scenarios in collaboration with Global Functions.
Process Improvement Initiatives
Support implementation of Supply Chain Processes improvement initiatives with new suppliers in collaboration with SRTs.
Supply Risk Management
Supports supply risk management process responding to ad hoc requests for analysis or information regarding supply chain risks and opportunities.
External Supplier S&OP
Support the SRTs to implement and execute the External Supplier S&OP according to the defined standards.
Supply Review Facilitation
Facilitate the Supply Review; owns the Supply process consolidated the Supplier's plan and providing inputs to SCM of SRT.
Community Coordination
Coordinates Supply Operation Manager community, ensuring consistent operational planning processes and training execution within platform/region.
Representation
Represent ESO SRT acting as deputy where needed in multidisciplinary governance meetings both internal and external the relevant platform/region organization.
Compliance
Maintain and manage compliance of Trading Service Procedures (TSP) with External Suppliers, and Trade Service Agreements (TSA) with Affiliates.

Education
Medium to high education in a technical or scientific degree that contains supply chain management, logistics and/or planning including an APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP certification.
B. Pharma, M.S. (Pharmaceutical Science).
Language
Good command of English written and spoken.
Good command of French written and spoken.
Experience
Work experience in any of the fields of Pharmaceutical production, supply chain management, planning, logistics and inventory management.
10-12 years of experience in Supply chain management, Operational planning, Production, Process Expert, Remediation, Operational Excellence and Project management especially with Third party manufacturing and supplies.
SAP knowledge in different modules.
