WANTED: OPERATIONS MANAGER - MANPOWER SUPPLY
A leading company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager -
Manpower Supply to oversee and manage day-to-day field operations and workforce
deployment.
Requirements & Benefits:
? Salary: AED 13,000
? Benefits: Company-provided car & fuel
? Experience: Minimum 3 years in manpower supply or a related field
? Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
? License: Valid UAE LMV driving license
? Proven ability in financial planning, budgeting, and costing
? Experience in recruiting both skilled and unskilled labor as per project
requirements
? Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
? Ability to manage large teams and oversee multiple project sites
? Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is an added advantage
