Job Description

Touline Medical, a leading healthcare provider based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking to appoint a Sales & Supply Operations Manager to oversee and manage critical sales and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Develop individual action plans and regularly evaluate team performance.

2. Pricing Strategies:

- Conduct market analysis to establish competitive pricing policies for medical products.

- Monitor costs and profit margins, adjusting pricing to optimize profitability.

3. Supplier Management:

- Negotiate with both local and international suppliers to secure the best procurement terms.

- Oversee supply contracts, ensure product quality, and monitor delivery schedules.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Utilize specialized software (e.g., CRM, ERP, and data analytics tools) to monitor sales and inventory performance.

- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

5. Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or operations management in a related field.

- Proficiency in sales and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalents).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.

- Proven leadership capabilities with a talent for team motivation.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

* Sales & Supply Operations Manager: 4 years (Preferred)
