A global FMCG business is currently looking for a Supply & Demand Planner to join their dynamic and growing team in Dubai, UAE.As the Supply & Demand Planner, you will:* Lead the total supply planning cycle for respective categories* Negotiate with source units and co-manufacturers in delivering a lean pipeline and securing volume* Ensure product availability and freshness by developing a stock early warning system* Manage relationships with source units and manufacturers* Develop and motivate a team of logistics coordinatorsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:* Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering* Minimum of 4 years experience in supply chain, specifically in replenishment planning* Middle East experience would be an advantage* Working knowledge of SAP systems is preferable* Should be willing to travel and open for relocationFor this crucial post, the rewards are beyond the usual competitive and tax free salary package, but an opportunity to further develop as a professional and have a large influence in an exciting new workplace.
