The Role
Essential Duties: \xe2\x80\xa2 Close monitoring of Open orders / Pending order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with all outlets to ensure timely deliveries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure product availability at any given time, Regular updates from suppliers to maintain safety on hand stocks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for new vendors onboard to avoid dependency for key items. \xe2\x80\xa2 Market analysis to keep up-to-date info on pricing and regular negotiation with suppliers to achieve KPI and cost-effective initiative. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify direct sources/authorized distributors for high consumption products for better value margin adding up for savings tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with Drivers on daily routines, support stakeholder for business requirements and allot drivers accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain call-log, Attendance, and performance record of drivers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely payments to supplier, close follow-up with internal accounts team to avoid any payment delays. \xe2\x80\xa2 Weekly meeting with the key suppliers to maintain good relationship and keep updated on the new listings/existing products with competitive pricing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track record of Supplier performance on HIT/Miss deliveries, Quality, discrepancies, professional communication etc., to give regular feedback on supplier performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Find out alternates suppliers & arrange necessary samples for approvals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate for standard payment terms, convert & agree regular Cash/Advance to credit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage warehouse inventory as per the requirement, closely monitor of non-moving near expiry products check for possible return to suppliers for any excess stocks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely Internal transfer orders from all outlets are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communications skill with logistics provider, vendors and cross functional departments like Finance, Cost Controller, HR, Chefs, Respective outlet in charges etc.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience 5-6 years in supply chain management, Logistics, purchase, and warehousing, preferably from the FMCG, E-Commerce, Hotel Management field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement, inventory management and logistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is desirable (e.g., Oracle R-12, SAP, Dynamics 365, ERP systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong negotiation skills to build and maintain beneficial supplier relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and lead a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of global supply chain practices and international trade regulation is advantages.
