Job Brief:

A highly accomplished and results-driven supply chain executive with over 8 years of experience in leading end-to-end supply chain operations. Good record of optimizing processes, reducing costs, and driving operational efficiency. Skilled in strategic planning, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, and vendor relations. Strong leadership and team-building abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

- Close monitoring of Open orders / Pending orders.

- Coordination with all outlets to ensure timely deliveries.

- Ensure product availability at any given time, Regular updates from suppliers to maintain safety on hand stocks.

- Responsible for new vendors onboard to avoid dependency on key items.

- Market analysis to keep up-to-date info on pricing and regular negotiation with suppliers to achieve KPI and cost-effective initiatives.

- Identify direct sources/authorized distributors for high-consumption products for better value margin adding up for savings tasks.

- Coordination with Drivers on daily routines, support stakeholders for business requirements and allot drivers accordingly.

- Maintain call log, Attendance, and performance record of drivers.

- Ensure timely payments to suppliers, and close follow-up with the internal accounts team to avoid any payment delays.

- Weekly meetings with the key suppliers to maintain good relationships and keep updated on the new listings/existing products with competitive pricing.

- Keep a track record of Supplier performance on HIT/Miss deliveries, Quality, discrepancies, professional communication, etc., to give regular feedback on supplier performance.

- Find out alternate suppliers & arrange necessary samples for approvals.

- Negotiate for standard payment terms, convert & agree on regular Cash/Advance to credit.

- Manage warehouse inventory as per the requirement, and closely monitor non-moving

near expiry products check for possible returns to suppliers for any excess stocks.

- Ensure timely Internal transfer orders from all outlets are met.

- Strong communication skills with logistics providers, vendors, and cross-functional departments like Finance, Cost Controller, HR, Chefs, Respective outlet in charge, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience of 8-10 years in supply chain management, Logistics, purchase, and warehousing, preferably from the FMCG, E-Commerce, and Hotel Management field.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

- Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is desirable (e.g., Oracle R-12, SAP, Dynamics 365, ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong negotiation skills to build and maintain beneficial supplier relationships.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and lead a team.

- Understanding global supply chain practices and international trade regulation is an advantage.
