Job Description

This position will be responsible for managing invoicing and logistics for U.S. brands, as well as supporting compound operations.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage the vehicle logistics operation and processes of brands in the Middle East
region.

Manage the monthly vehicle invoicing of brands. Ensure the proper documentation procedure is done to clear the vehicles by the Importers. Coordinate with multiple stake holders in the US & Europe for a smooth logistics operation. Maintain and improve the reports to support the weekly and monthly submission for the department. Support the Compound & Logistics manager for any compound related activity Interim support to order management for the timely submission of vehicle orders into the system. Support the overall Dubai compound operation
Technical skills

Knowledge in customs, insurance, logistics process and documentation Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook SAP Experience Knowledge in Incoterm
Soft skills

Organization skills Time management
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply chain and Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field

Experience: More than 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, sales operations - automotive background is a "plus"
