Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Supply Chain Sourcing & Partnerships Specialist to identify, negotiate, and onboard manufacturing and logistics partners across the Middle East, India, and Asia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about B2C eCommerce, strategic sourcing, and building regionalised fulfilment networks using AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Source & Onboard Regional Partners:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with outsourced manufacturers, 3PLs, and last-mile carriers across targeted countries to create a scalable, cost-effective fulfilment network.

Negotiate Commercial Terms:

Lead contract negotiations including pricing, SLAs, exclusivity, and volume incentives to secure best-in-class deals aligned with Printerpix's commercial goals.

AI-Driven Supply Chain Strategy:

Use AI-powered tools for supply chain optimisation, partner discovery, demand forecasting, and logistics automation to support rapid scalability and cost reduction.

Performance & Compliance Management:

Monitor key partner KPIs (lead time, cost per unit, defect rate, returns, delivery success), and ensure compliance with Printerpix's operational standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Technology teams to integrate partners into our platforms and systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2+ years in supply chain sourcing, contract negotiation, or logistics management in eCommerce, print-on-demand, or consumer goods. Proven track record of building and scaling vendor networks in emerging markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Southeast Asia preferred). Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and contract drafting/management experience. Familiarity with AI/ML tools for supplier sourcing, demand planning, or logistics optimisation. Startup mindset: self-starter, outcome-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments. Exceptional relationship management, vendor onboarding, and performance oversight skills.
