About this Position This role is part of an 18-month rotational program designed to develop early-career talent into well-rounded customer-facing professionals. The position offers hands-on exposure across Customer Service, Supply chain, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling participants to build strong business, customer experience, and operational skills.
What youll do

• Rotate across Customer Service, OTC, and Customer Experience functions
• Gain end-to-end understanding of customer lifecycle and commercial operations
• Support cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Teams
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and digitalization projects
• Build strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Develop analytical skills through KPI tracking, reporting, and customer insights
• Take ownership of defined tasks and customer segments with increasing responsibility over time
• Actively participate in learning sessions, coaching, and development activities
• Prepare for future roles within Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or Business Functions

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience (recent graduates or early-career professionals)
• Strong interest in customer experience, operations, and commercial processes
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn, rotate across functions, and adapt to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP/CRM knowledge is a plus but not required
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
