Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate civil/structural works at site, ensuring quality and timely execution. Assign daily tasks to workers (masons, carpenters, steel fixers, helpers). Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Monitor material usage and report shortages to the site engineer. Check workmanship and provide guidance to workers when required. Maintain records of daily activities and report progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of site experience in civil construction. Strong knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, shuttering, and finishing works. Ability to read and understand drawings. Good leadership and communication skills.
