About the Job
Monitor and guide team members on the performance of assigned work tasks to ensure meeting the appropriate skills and required services
Generate work instructions related to team members and marine vessels operating in offshore oil fields to ensure that work activities comply with organization standards and relevant regulations
Conduct pre-engagement briefings on the tasks to be undertaken before commencement of the operation to ensure that each person taking part is aware of contents of the mission, safety procedures, and unusual hazards or environmental conditions likely to affect the safety of the operation
Screens proficiencies and qualifications of personnel prior to deployment on vessels operating in oilfields or other company facilities to ensure competencies conform to maritime and company minimum requirements
Organize daily work programs to ensure that work progress is in accordance with planned deliverables and achievement milestones
Review daily performance reports and recognize deviations from scheduled achievements to recommend corrective actions or modifications to work controls
Detect and identify any limitations or work overloads due to lack of resources to ensure provision of sufficient capital and material resources under the supervision of the section head or team leader
Inspects work sites to identify any hazardous or unsafe conditions and take necessary action to eliminate exposure to personnel, environment, or facility assets
Interacts with team leader, section head, contractor\xe2\x80\x99s personnel, or any other team members to resolve conflicts and improve work outcome
Participate in the development of the scope of works and technical specs for the marine units to ensure meeting project plan and service requirements
Audit vessels\xe2\x80\x99 conditions, systems, and equipment prior to acceptance to operate in company offshore sites to ensure the vessel is fit for her intended mission and all certificates, equipment, and systems on board comply with maritime requirements, company standards, and project plan
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Marine related discipline or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in general diving operations with minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity
IMCA Air Diving supervisor or equivalent trade certificate from a recognized organization
HSE Part 1 or equivalent Offshore Diver Certification from a recognized organization
Diving First Aid certificate and IMCA Dive Medical Technician Certification
