Job Overview

:

DPlast is seeking a technically skilled and experienced

Injection and Blow Moulding Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day production operations. The successful candidate must have

in-depth knowledge of plastic raw materials

such as

PP, HDPE, ABS, PE, and copolymers

, and hands-on experience with

Yizumi injection moulding machines

or similar equipment.

The role requires

fluency in English

, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of moulding processes to ensure optimal production output, product quality, and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and manage injection and blow moulding production lines Set up, operate, and troubleshoot

Yizumi

or equivalent machines Ensure proper use of materials such as

Polypropylene (PP)

,

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

,

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)

,

Polyethylene (PE)

, and

various copolymers

Apply correct processing parameters for different raw materials Monitor quality and reduce scrap through process control and continuous improvement Plan and allocate workforce efficiently across shifts Conduct routine checks and coordinate maintenance Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols Keep accurate production logs and report to the production manager Train and support machine operators and junior staff

Requirements

:

Technical diploma or certification in plastics or mechanical engineering

Minimum 5 years' experience

in a supervisory role in plastic injection/blow moulding Practical knowledge of

PP, HDPE, PE, ABS, and copolymers

, especially in products like bait stations, traps, plant pots, and agricultural clips Hands-on expertise with

Yizumi machines

or similar equipment Fluent

spoken and written English

Ability to read technical drawings and process documents Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

:

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or ISO production standards Experience managing production in hot climates or industrial zones Working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in UAE
