Qualification Required
The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or Related Discipline.
Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment standards across all project activities in offshore environments.
Implement and enforce project HSE plans, procedures, and safe work practices
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, client standards, and international HSE guidelines
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify hazards and unsafe conditions
Monitor high?risk activities such as lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, working at height, SIMOPS, and vessel operations
Lead hazard identification (HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks
Ensure emergency response plans, drills, and equipment are in place and functional
Conduct HSE inductions for new personnel and visitors
Maintain daily HSE logs, inspection reports, and compliance checklists
Act as the HSE focal point between project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and offshore operations
Experience Required
Minimum 12 to 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in HSE exposure in Oil & Gas, within offshore projects.
Strong knowledge of PTW systems, SIMOPS, and offshore safety regulations
Familiarity with international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred)
Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Mechanical Construction Background.
Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
