Your mission

As

HSE Project Administrator

, you will support the

Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE)

team and project management by ensuring administrative efficiency, basic HSE compliance, and effective communication across project sites.


The role also involves assisting in project documentation, reporting, and coordination activities to ensure smooth delivery of HSE initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

HSE Administration

Maintain and update HSE documentation, records, and reports. Assist in preparing safety meeting minutes, incident reports, and audit findings. Support the implementation of basic HSE procedures and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely submission of HSE data.

Project Overview Support

Assist project HSE engineers in tracking project progress and documentation. Prepare and maintain project HSE overview reports and dashboards. Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on action items.

Communication & Coordination

Act as a liaison between site teams, project management, and HSE departments. Ensure clear and professional communication across internal and external stakeholders. Support in organizing training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

Your qualifications

Emirati Female (UAE National). Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HSE or project administration (preferred but not mandatory).
