Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of the F&V, Fish, and Meat sections.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of fresh products (FIFO/FEFO).
Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and control shrinkage.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
Guide, train, and motivate team members for improved productivity.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, and merchandising.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with store management and warehouse for smooth operations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of fresh food operations and handling standards.
Leadership and team-handling ability.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-5 years of experience
in F&V, Fish, or Meat operations in a hypermarket or supermarket.
