Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of assigned department and team members.
Ensure product availability, FIFO compliance, and proper stock rotation.
Monitor sales performance and support achievement of department targets.
Maintain merchandising, hygiene, cleanliness, and display standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations.
Coordinate with inventory, receiving, and store operations teams.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve productivity and discipline.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of hypermarket operations in assigned category.
Leadership and team-handling capability.
Basic understanding of inventory control and sales reports.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum
2-5 years
hypermarket/supermarket experience.
Category-specific experience is mandatory.
